Onside events for men are designed to help you, help your friends, discover the life Jesus spoke of when he said, 'I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.'

Where do Onside events take place?

The venue for Onside events is the Hallamshire Suite at the Sheffield Wednesday Football Club stadium which offers cabaret style seating round tables for a pleasant and relaxed evening.

What happens at Onside events?

Doors open at 7.30pm and the bar is open. After people have settled in, got a drink and found a table there is usually a pub type prize quiz, followed by a few nibbles of food. Next we have a speaker who shares something of their life story which includes their faith story too. After sharing their story there is an opportunity for the speaker to be questioned from the floor followed usually by the speaker mingling and chatting with people as the evening continues. The venue is open until 10pm.

How does an Onside event help me help my friends find life?

An Onside event is an enjoyable faith based event to which you can invite your friends, where friendships can grow and conversations of faith with your friends can either be begun or furthered.
