Onside and related events are co-ordinated by Revd Peter Allen.
Since encountering Jesus Christ in 1984 Peter has sought to communicate the gospel to groups of men based on real friendships built through shared activities. ONSIDE events are a continuation of this type of ministry offering an opportunity for believing men to bring their not yet believing friends to an evening where they can experience and hear something of the Gospel. ONSIDE events are also serving to build relationships amongst Christian men of all denominations across South Yorkshire and beyond. At the present time Peter divides his times as Chaplain for Sport in the Diocese of Sheffield (including being chaplain to Sheffield Wednesday Football Club), and as Team Vicar at St Peter's Anglican church Basegreen, Sheffield.
